How will I know that my E-statement is available? You will receive an email reminder sent directly to the email address provided whenever a new E-statement is available. Click on the link provided and log in.

What are the system requirements? You must have DSL access; Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above; Internet Explorer 5.5 or above and a Valid email address..
Is my statement secure with E-Statements? Yes. E-Statements sessions are protected with the highest level of security standards available for online communication. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is a safeguard process which protects against session intruders. E-Statements sessions support data encryption at the highest level of 128 bit encryption.
Do I have to be an Online Banking user to receive E-Statements? No. An email notification will be sent when E-Statements are available for your account(s). You can access from the direct link provided in the email. You may also access your E-Statements from the Home Page of our website at www.crescentbank.com.
When I sign up, can I view my statements right away? Statements will be available at the end of the month in which they were requested. Statements will be retained for your convenience for a period of 13 months.
Can I get both an E-Statement and a hard copy in the mail? No, once you are set up for E-Statements your paper statements will be stopped. However, with E-Statements you will be able to print or download to your computer or disc for future access.
What is the cost for E-Statement? E-statement is provided as a free service. A research fee may apply for duplicate copies of old statements.
Will my E-Statement be emailed to me or will I have to log in to a website? You will be notified by email, at the email address you provide within the online E-Statement Request Form, when your statement is available for viewing. A link will be provided within the email to direct you to a secured login site. You may also access your E-Statements from the Home Page of our website at www.crescentbank.com.
What if I forget my password or lock myself out of E-Statements? If you have trouble logging in or cannot remember your password, you may contact the Bookkeeping department at 678-454-2250 and they will be glad to assist you in resetting your password. You will have three attempts at entering your password before you are “locked out” of the system. Bookkeeping will also assist you when you are locked out.
How do I begin receiving E-Statements? Signing up is easy! The E-Statement Request Form is located on our website at www.crescentbank.com. To access the request form, click on the Register for E-Statement link located under the login button on the home page of our website. Follow the steps to complete and submit your request online. Once we receive your request an email notification will be sent to you. You will begin receiving your E-Statements at month end in the month requested.
Can all of my accounts be accessed with one login? Yes, when completing the E-Statement Request Form you may designate all accounts that you wish to receive with one login. At month end you will receive one email notifying you that your E-Statements are available.
Can personal and business accounts be accessed with one login? No, unless you are a sole proprietor. Personal and Business accounts must be requested separately for security purposes.
What if my email address changes? A valid email address is required for you to receive your statement notifications. Please update us with your new email address as soon as possible to avoid possible interruption of this service.
Can I save my E-Statement to QuickBooks, Quicken or Microsoft Money? No, your statement is in a PDF format and not in a format that enables you to export directly to a personal financial manager program. You can through the use of our Online Banking Products export your history to any of the above programs.
What is my User ID and Password Requirements? Your USER NAME must contain a minimum of 4 to 8 alpha/numeric characters and is not case sensitive. A temporary password will be established by Renasant Bank. Your temporary password will be:
What if I stop receiving email notifications or I am unable to access link in email? If you stop receiving email notifications you will need to contact Bookkeeping at 678-454-2250, they will be glad to research the issue. If you are unable to access the link with in the email, you will need to contact your Internet Browser support for help.
When will E-Statements be delivered? All accounts set up to receive E-Statements will be provided at month end.
Can I add additional accounts to an already existing service? Yes. You may add additional accounts to your access by emailing our Bookkeeping Department at stmts@crescentbank.com. You must provide your USER NAME, the account number to be added, the name on the account, as well as the last deposit made. Upon verification by Bookkeeping the account will be activated.
Can I cancel my E-Statements and receive paper statements? Yes. You may cancel your service by emailing our Bookkeeping Department at stmts@crescentbank.com. You must provide your USER NAME and your intent to cancel the electronic delivery of your statements. All accounts associated with the USER NAME will be cancelled and paper statements will be mailed.
Can E-Statements be sent to another party? Yes, at the account owners request. If you are providing statements to a CPA or outside bookkeeper, you may also establish an online request for that particular individual. You will be required to register with a unique USER NAME for their access to the accounts you designate.
