Available to all checking account holders with approved credit, the Renasant Debit Card gives you convenient access to your checking account without writing a check. There are no check approval hassles and it is accepted everywhere you see the MasterCard logo.
Renasant Bank's Remote Capture allows you to scan checks right in your office, capturing the information needed by the bank to complete a deposit. You will need to review the scanned checks to make sure that all information from the MICR line has been captured correctly. Once you have completed capturing all of the checks for that day, you will then submit that deposit to the bank. The deposit must be sent to the bank by 4:00 pm EST for current day credit.
Renasant Bank's Remote Capture gives you an extra hour in your day to enter checks into your deposit for that day. This feature is great for those companies that do not receive their mail until later in the day and want the money deposited into their account on that day; it is also great for those companies that have a small staff, which makes it difficult for someone to leave the office and go to the bank.
Renasant Bank now offers both paper and electronic statements. E-Stmts are available to all Checking and Savings Account holders.
Benefits of E-stmts:
To receive E-stmts you will need to complete an Online Request Form. Once we receive your request, an email will be sent each month to the email that you provide, when your statement is available. The email will contain a "secure" link to login, as well as a link on our Home Page for you to access your accounts.
For existing users, please click on the E-Statements button on the home page to access your account. For new users, please click on the Register for E-Statements link on the home page.
To add additional accounts to your E-Statement, please email us at stmts@crescentbank.com. Please include the following information: your USER NAME, the account number(s) to be added, the name on the account(s) and the amount of the last deposit.
