Business Banking Online
Business Banking Online provides for your business an internet based cash management service between your company and Crescent Bank. This convenient access allows you to manage your cash flow 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Business Banking Online offers your business the tools to help you monitor and manage your accounts effectively without leaving your office or any location.
Through the use of Business Banking Online you can set up multiple users with restricted or full access to accounts, as well as cash management features. A company administrator will be established by the business with full authority to access all requested online features. The company administrator will establish any other users that the business needs with the authority to perform only those functions deemed necessary. In establishing multiple users a dual control method is established, which is recommended, to minimize errors and to safeguard your business from internal fraudulent activity.

- Balance Reporting ~ provides summary information at a glance and also allows a drilldown into additional detail for a specific account. For added convenience and utility, the Account Summary format is customizable.
- Detail Transaction Reporting ~ allows the capability of pulling reports. Specific criteria can be established such as date range or by check numbers.
- Balance Alerts ~ allows the company to keep track of account activity by setting up alerts to be received by e-mail when an account level exceeds a set threshold.
- On Screen Check Images ~ provides an image of the front and back of an item that has cleared an account.
- Account - to - Account Transfers (Book Transfers) ~ enables the company to establish manual or scheduled transfers (recurring) between accounts.
- Bill Pay ~ convenience of paying bills 24 hours a day, seven days a week online. No more stamps or envelopes.
- Web Connect ~ ability to export to Quickbooks
- Online Customer Service ~ provides a direct contact request form for check reorders, account research, photocopy request, and bill pay research.

All pricing is discounted from manual charges and only apply to Business Banking Online transactions.
*At this time Sweeps and Positive Pay are not accessible through Business Banking Online. They will be set up and processed internally by Crescent Bank.
**Payroll Services is a third party product that is billed based on the level of services chosen.

- Stop Payments ~ allows the business to place a stop payment request and submit directly to Crescent Bank. Stop Payment activity can also be viewed, which will allow the business to verify if the request has been processed or denied.
- ACH Origination ~ enables the company to establish ACH files to be submitted directly for processing. ACH function is commonly used to expedite direct deposit of payroll.
- Wire Transfers ~ service allows the company to move funds between accounts within different financial institutions. Transfers can be scheduled for the current day or for a future date. Pending transfers can be reviewed and deleted. Wire request must be submitted to Crescent Bank by 3:00 pm EST to be processed that day.
- Sweeps ~ provides the ability to set up automated sweeps on accounts so balances can be kept within specified limits. The Sweep feature will initiate transfers as needed.
- Positive Pay ~ a service used to combat check fraud. The bank pays only those items with serial numbers and dollar amounts matching the company's issued file.
- Payroll Services ~ a service provided by a third party vendor to handle payroll as well as tax filings for business

Business Banking Online Enrollment - Basic Service
Documents required to enroll for Basic Service of Business Banking Online can now be found under "Forms" on our home page or click here to access Business Banking Online Enrollment Forms. Enrollment forms are to be printed out and completed by Primary Owner/Officer, Managing Member/Member or Agent of the business. All areas highlighted are to be completed by the business. Once documents have been completed and executed you may drop them by one of our convenient locations or mail to:

To assist you in completing the required information refer to bullet points below:
- All highlighted areas must be completed by Primary Owner/Officer of business;
- Company Administrator to be designated
- Total management of all account information online
- Change Company password
- Establish User Administrator
- Performs same functions as Company Administrator with the exception of changing company password
- Set up users
- Ability to pull reports
- "Accounts to Activate" -all accounts to be viewed must be listed, requested feature for each account to be checked
- Personal accounts can be added
- Company Administrator will have access to all accounts
- ACH Daily Limit - amount that would be processed on any given day for the entire company.
- Wire Daily Limit - amount that would be wired on any given day for the entire company.
